If you or someone you care for is experiencing mental health worries, we may be able to help.
Growing Together is a safe, supportive and welcoming environment. You can improve your mental health through the therapeutic gardening, keyworking and support groups. You can learn new skills like how to sow seeds, use tools or plan a garden. You can have a go at cooking, join in with the yoga relaxation classes, art or music. Growing Together is a great place to meet new people, including those who have similar experiences to you.
Once signed up as a member, you will be allocated a key worker and one or two regular days that you can attend Growing Together. You will have access to a wide range of courses, trips and other opportunities. We will agree goals and help you move forward at your own pace, whether that’s getting out and meeting new people, volunteering or getting paid employment.
