On Wednesday the 12th February we will be hosting a meet-and-greet event at Project 49 on Alexandra Street, for the people and services who will be involved with Southend's Crisis Cafe. This is a great opportunity to find out more about this new service and to meet Trust Links' team from the REACH Wellbeing Hub, who will work closely with the Crisis Cafe.
The Crisis Cafe, or Sanctuary-by-Sea, will be a place for a people who find themselves in crisis to get support outside of regular working hours. The Crisis Cafe will help people find the correct support without resorting to A&E services.
If you're a mental health practitioner in Southend or you belong to an organisation that will be involved in Crisis Cafe, join us from 5pm - 6.30pm for an enjoyable evening of free refreshments and nibbles.
General admission is free, and booking isn't essential - but we would prefer you to register via Eventbrite so we can estimate attendance numbers.
If you'd like a stall to promote your service, contact us ASAP with your request so we can send a registration form. Registration for stallholders will close on the 29th January 2020.
