The Mayor's Golf Day in aid of Trust Links raised over £300 and we are so grateful to everyone that 'chipped' in.
With plastic consumption on the rise, environmentally friendly group, the Red Hot Stitchers are upcycling old duvets, sheets, and curtains and making unique reusable bags whilst raising money for Trust Links at the same time!
Growing Together Westcliff, is just a short distance from the Southend Borough Council Offices at the Civic Centre so we have brought a little floral colour to the area with our ‘Feel Good Garden’.
Mayor of Castle Point, Cllr Colin Riley, is looking forward to getting our walkers started at Growing Together Thundersley this year and said this walk is a great opportunity for families to support the local community and walk together to raise money for Trust Links."
As you may already know, we have had our therapeutic garden in Shoeburyness repeatedly attacked by vandals, but we have been overwhelmed with support from our community to help repair the damage.
At Trust Links, we value carers as they are invaluable to the people they support, but not all carers face the same challenges. It is for that reason that we have introduced a new monthly support group for people caring for someone with an eating disorder, because carers need support too!

We recently congratulated our members and volunteers who successfully completed our Birds and Bats project. Funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, this projects has been a huge hit and we invite you to come and take a look at the wildlife developments at our next Open Day, on Saturday 20th July.
