Tue 7th May 2019 - Our May Fayre was a huge success!

Over 200 guests joined us for maypole dancing, live folk music and an afternoon of fun despite the intermittent hail! Huge thanks to everyone that supported our event, you helped us to raise over £1000!

We can all benefit from sharing our lives a little bit more with wildlife, and our new wildlife garden will bring nature that little bit closer to those that visit and attract more birds to the site too.


Thu 21st Feb 2019 - Seed Potato Day preparation is underway!

Taking place this Saturday at Growing Together Westcliff, we are inviting local residents to come along to our community garden on Fairfax Drive, Westcliff, where they can choose from over 40 varieties of seed potatoes and then go and enjoy growing their own delicious spuds from home, or their own allotment.

Knowing how to look after yourself and finding time to do so is crucial for your own wellbeing, which is why today our 'Looking After Yourself' course paricipants have been using leeks from the garden to make home-made healthy soup.

Time to Talk Day is a National Campaign to encourage people to talk more openly about Mental Health. We support people living with mental health, disabilities, and carers too, and want local people to know that they we are listening.

We are pleased to announce that we have a new drop in session for young adults aged 11-18 who may benefit from a supportive place to take part in relaxing activities. Starting soon every Wednesday, at Growing Together Westcliff andon Tuesdays at Growing Together Thundersley.
