Our mental health and wellbeing has never been more important which means there has never been a better time for you to join Trust Links!

We run a range of projects and services to help address mental health needs in Essex, whilst seeking to improve the natural environment and people’s connection to nature.

We are now expanding our services both geographically within Essex and also with new projects such as Therapy Links, our new counselling service.  As well as this new work we are still running innovative services in local communities including Growing Together therapeutic gardens, REACH Recovery College, REACH Wellbeing Hub, children and youth provision. Mental health, wellbeing, recovery and the environment are at the heart of our inclusive approach.

Wellbeing Hub Project Worker (4 vacancies!)

SALARY:  £ £20,319

HOURS OF WORK: Full Time or Part Time

POST LOCATION: Based at Rochford but expected to work at any Trust Links project site, partner hubs and other community venues in South-East Essex plus opportunity for working from home.

Why apply? Due to additional funding we are looking to recruit 4 Wellbeing Hub Project workers. The REACH Wellbeing Hub is one of the first points of contact for those looking for wellbeing support at Trust Links, and now is your chance to take on a vital and rewarding role!

The Wellbeing Hub provides holistic wellbeing support and peer support with the aim of preventing and reducing the demand on secondary mental health services. The REACH Wellbeing Hub works closely with the REACH Recovery College, Growing Together and services run by other organisations including Health Trainers, Citizens Advice, Advocacy and drug and alcohol support services.

The Postholder will be required to:

  • Provide one to one and group support for adults with mental health issues
  • Deliver one to one holistic assessments with adults with mental health issues, capturing impact through agreed outcome measures
  • Liaison with and attendance of Multi-Disciplinary Teams
  • Signpost and refer to other agencies
  • Work with the team to improve outcomes and wellbeing for project members and the broader community

Executive Assistant

SALARY: £22,000 to £25,000

HOURS OF WORK: Full Time 37.5 hours per week. The post will require some occasional weekend & evening working, for which TOIL can be claimed.

POST LOCATION: Hybrid: Rochford and working from home. You may be required to work at any Trust Links project site and travel around the area as needed.

Time to put those organisational skills to good use! Trust Links has expanded considerably over recent years and has grown our management and administrative capacity. We are creating this new role to support the effective administration of our governance, support HR, grant writing and the physical infrastructure of the charity.

The Postholder will be required to:
·       Support senior management with effective administration
·       Support the administration of the trustee board and sub groups
·       Support HR administration
·       Support the development of grant applications and returns for funders

·       Collate requests for maintenance and physical infrastructure improvements

Head of Fundraising and Communications 

SALARY: £37,000 – £42,000

We have a strong funding base through contracts and grants and over the last couple of years have developed our community and corporate fundraising. We are looking to increase our income and further diversify our funding sources to enable us to sustain our transformative work and enable us to work with more people.   • To further develop our established community fundraising and corporate fundraising approach
  • To maximise income through the development of a Fundraising Strategy, initially developing individual giving and digital fundraising
