Dad’s Group

Share the joy of planting, creative play and being outdoors with your children and other local dads!

The Dads’ Group invites fathers with children aged 0 to 4 to enjoy quality time with their little ones in the beautiful Trust Links Shoeburyness and Westcliff gardens.

Not only will dads have the opportunity to make friends and connect with other parents in the area, but they can also enjoy exploring the Growing Together gardens, a homecooked breakfast, and outdoor activities. Our supportive staff and volunteers will be on hand to help and offer a friendly chat too.

This free group is available to dads that live within the Better Start Southend Wards. To find out if you are eligible to attend, please visit the A Better Start Southend website and then pop along!

Dads’ Group sessions take place on Saturday mornings from 10 am to 12 noon and the sessions alternate between our Westcliff and Shoeburyness sites. You can also follow the Families Growing Together Facebook page to stay in the loop with where our groups will be.
