Wassailing: Sunday 19th January 2025
Awaken the trees and start your year by toasting the trees and singing traditional folk music at St Laurence Orchard: 2pm – 3pm.
Seed Potato Day: Saturday 8th February 2025
In partnership with South East Essex Organic Gardeners, come and purchase from a range of seed potatoes: 11am – 2pm at Trust Links Rochford.
May Fayre: Saturday 10th May 2025
Enjoy music and traditional maypole dancing at our beautiful Westcliff therapeutic garden: 11am – 2pm, Trust Links Westcliff.
Essex Green Weekend: 23rd – 26th May 2025
Perfect for those interest in environmentalism and climate action, the Essex Green Weekend is a weekend of camping, engaging talks, workshops, activities and live music. This year’s theme is ‘water’.
NEW! Basildon Community Fayre: Saturday 28th June 2025
We’re excited to host our first Basildon Community Fayre, and welcome locals into our newest garden to food, drink, and community spirit. 12pm – 3pm at Trust Links Basildon.
Summer Fayre: Thursday 24th July 2025
The annual summer fayre returns to Trust Links Shoeburyness, 12pm – 3pm. Join us to visit local business stall holders, enjoy live music, entertainment, family activities and more.
NEW! Thundersley Community Fayre: Wednesday 20th August
Explore our Castle Point therapeutic garden and connect with your community. 12pm – 3pm at Trust Links Thundersley.
Launch of The Gunny, Canvey Island: Saturday 20th September
Join us to celebrate the community launch of The Gunny Hub and Community Garden on Canvey Island. We will have live music, food and fun! 12 noon – 3pm at the Gunny, Canvey Island.
Apple Day: Saturday 4th October 2025
Pick your own apples then join us at the juicer, then grab a hot drink and explore St Laurence Orchard. There’s lots of apple-themed fun at our popular Apple Day. 11am – 2pm at St Laurence Orchard.
NEW! Christmas Market: Saturday 15th November 2025
Visit local business stalls and start purchasing your Christmas gifts! You’ll be sure to get in the Christmas spirit. 11am – 3pm at Trust Links Rochford.
Christmas Fayre: Saturday 6th December 2025
You’ll enjoy visiting Santa’s grotto, or singing along to our live Christmas music. There are also festive children’s activities and delicious food to enjoy! 11am – 2pm at Trust Links Westcliff.
Challenges and Fundraisers 2025
We’re excited to also share some amazing challenges and fundraisers coming in 2025. You can achieve an incredible sense of accomplishment while helping those in Essex with their mental health and wellbeing. Cycle Challenge: Sunday 23rd March (50/75/100km routes available)
Routes to Heybridge, Maldon, starting and finishing in Rochford. We’ll also have Dr. Bike at the start and finish line, and mechanical support vehicle available for all routes.
Charity Golf Day: Friday 4th April, The Rayleigh Club
The event includes: Breakfast, 18 holes of golf, two course lunch, competitions & prizes and a raffle.
Three Peaks Challenge: Saturday 17th May
Climb Scafell Pike, Ben Nevis and Snowdon within 24 hours
Walking Together: Saturday 20th September
Our annual sponsored walk, but for 2025 we’ll be heading from Trust Links Thundersley to Canvey Island, where you can join us for ‘The Gunny Community Launch’ – connect with your local community and enjoy a scenic walking challenge!
