Become a Friend of Trust Links and help transform the mental health and wellbeing of our community.
By becoming a Friend of Trust Links, your regular giving will be making a real difference to people who are facing some of the toughest challenges.
Every month in Southend, one person loses their life to suicide. One in four people will struggle with their mental health during their lifetimes – but with the help of our Friends, we can make lasting change in our community together.
Whether it’s counselling, therapeutic gardening or simply having a place to unwind and talk, we can all support our community through Trust Links.
Where other services have dwindled Trust Links have picked up the pieces. It’s been good to be able to come here. – Alison, Trust Links member
Why we need your help with regular giving
Regular giving enable Trust Links to plan ahead confidently: we can be sure of our financial future, knowing that our community is behind us as we plan for new projects, support and life-saving services where they’re most needed – now and in the future.
We’re committed to putting sustainability, connectivity and self-empowerment at the heart of our work in Southend. From our courses to our counselling, we help people find the tools to look after their own mental health and wellbeing, and plan for a healthier, more sustainable future for South East Essex.
We need your help – our Growing Together project alone costs £200,000 a year to run. Last year we worked with 1,500 people, and we anticipate that the need for mental health support will only grow in the coming months and years. Just £10 a month guarantees that there will be life-changing support for people in the community, whenever they need us.
No matter how large or small, all regular donations guarantee that we can be there for the people who need us.
If you’re a UK taxpayer we can also claim gift aid across the year at no extra cost to you. It’s easy and convenient to set up a regular gift through the Friends of Trust Links scheme, and you can choose whatever amount is best for you.
