Treasurer
We are looking for an experienced individual who would ideally have a formal accountancy qualification, however we would consider candidates who can demonstrate equivalent senior financial experience.
This is an exciting time to join our Board as we continue to expand our impact across Essex, strengthening mental health, wellbeing and environmental sustainability in the communities we serve.
As our financial lead trustee, you will play a vital role in supporting our continued growth, ensuring robust financial management, and helping to shape the strategic direction of one of Essex’s most innovative and impactful charities.

Growing Together Project Worker
POST SALARY: £25,213.50 pro rata
HOURS OF WORK: Part time roles available. Some evenings and weekends will be required, for which TOIL can be claimed.
POST LOCATION: Growing Together Sites: Westcliff / Rochford / Thundersley / Shoeburyness/ Basildon/ Cressing Temple/Canvey Island and community venues.
You will be required to work at any Trust Links project site.

Growing Together is a therapeutic community garden project with sites in Westcliff, Thundersley, Shoeburyness, Rochford, Basildon, Canvey Island and Cressing Temple (Braintree). Growing Together provides positive activities, meaningful social interaction, training and wellbeing support. The inclusive project aims to improve mental health, wellbeing, physical health, social connections and employability.
The Postholder will be required to:
- Provide day to day advice, direction, support and training for members of the Growing Together community garden project
- Develop, deliver and lead horticultural and other activities for vulnerable adults, school groups and youth groups
- Ensure good maintenance and horticultural development of community gardens in line with the garden plan
- Keywork members with mental health problems, reviewing needs and ensuring plans are in place to support their wellbeing and recovery
- Work with the team to improve outcomes and wellbeing for project members and the broader community

Three exciting vacancies in our Children, Youth and Families team
Trust Links offer a supportive and diverse range of services for children, young people and families, designed to promote wellbeing, confidence and connection.
Children, Youth & Families Services include:
- Learning Together – alternative provision for young people facing mental health challenges
- Youth Links – weekly youth support sessions providing creative, social and wellbeing activities
- Bouldering Together – climbing-based youth mental health and wellbeing support
- Forest School – outdoor learning for children and families
- Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) Forest School project at St Laurence Orchard
We currently have three vacancies within our Children, Youth and Families team:
