Treasurer

We are looking for an experienced individual who would ideally have a formal accountancy qualification, however we would consider candidates who can demonstrate equivalent senior financial experience.

This is an exciting time to join our Board as we continue to expand our impact across Essex, strengthening mental health, wellbeing and environmental sustainability in the communities we serve.

As our financial lead trustee, you will play a vital role in supporting our continued growth, ensuring robust financial management, and helping to shape the strategic direction of one of Essex’s most innovative and impactful charities.

Volunteer Lead

SALARY: £27,500 – £30,650 per annum pro rata 

HOURS OF WORK:
Full time/part time including occasional evenings and weekends

POST LOCATION: All Trust Links sites in Essex including the opportunity to work from home

DEADLINE: Sunday 7th June 2026.

The postholder will be required to:
Lead the development, co-ordination and continuous improvement of volunteering experience across Trust Links, ensuring a consistent, high-quality approach that maximises impact for volunteers and the communities we serve.
