How we can help

How we can help you
Trust Links empowers people to look after their own mental health and wellbeing through courses, social groups, and therapeutic gardening. Our projects nurture a friendly, supportive environment where you can learn to manage your mental health and learn practical skills to live a healthier lifestyle.

Mental Health Support
No matter what you’re going through, we’ll help you find and access the right support at Trust Links, or with a partnering organisation.

Therapeutic Gardening
Therapeutic gardening is a way to improve your mental and physical wellbeing through gardening activities, and therapeutic horticulture is at the heart of everything we do at Trust Links. Find out about the benefits here.

Young People & Families
We have a number of projects for young people up to 18 years of age, helping to build confidence and self-esteem, friendships and more. Our Families Growing Together project is for local families with children aged 0 – 4.

Positive Activities
A range of positive activities are available, which can help you to develop relationships and build a support network while you learn new skills and meet likeminded people. Activities include music, art sport and much more.

Community
We love getting to know the local community. We have a number of events throughout the year which invite you into our gardens to get to know us, our services and the ways you can get involved.
