You don’t need a diagnosis or a referral to come to REACH. Register below and we will get in touch, or keep reading for more information.

Becoming a Member of Growing Together means joining a friendly community of support, made up of members and volunteers who have lived experience of mental health problems. You can take part in therapeutic gardening, connect with others with mental health issues, and learn new skills to help you manage your mental health and wellbeing.
