Our popular, annual Apple Day is returning on Saturday 7th October, 11am to 2pm at St Laurence Orchard.
Apple Day offers a nice afternoon out for all ages, and is a fantastic opportunity to explore the trail and meadow at the historic site. On the day you can also enjoy:
- Apple picking from our variety of apple trees
- Apple-themed activities, such as crafts
- Tasty food and drink (available for a donation)
- Learn about your local mental health, wellbeing and environmental projects
Apple Day is free to attend, but please bring cash so you can get a drink and snack.
All fund raised can support our vital mental health and wellbeing projects, and the upkeep of St Laurence Orchard.

Where to find Apple Day
The address is: St Laurence Orchard, Eastwoodbury Lane, Southend-on-Sea, SS2 6UY
The closest parking is at St Laurence Park, but as there are limited spaces, we’d recommend getting public transport where possible.
