Trust Links is inviting the local community to its Easter EGGstravaganza Community Fayre on Saturday 4 April at The Gunny, Canvey Island.
With free entry for all, the Easter EGGstravaganza promises a fun-filled day celebrating community, wellbeing, and togetherness, with activities for people of all ages!
What’s On
- 🐣 Easter egg trail – Find all the large wooden eggs hidden around The Gunny, tick them off your sheet, and claim a prize!
- 🥾 Boot Camp with Castle Point Active – Join a free fitness session using the outdoor gym in the community garden.
- 🎵 Live Music – Featuring performances from the Canvey Community Choir and other local talent.
- 👨👩👧👦 Family Fun – Including a bouncy castle, as well as food and drink available on site.
Families, friends, and community members are encouraged to come along and enjoy a day of seasonal celebration and community spirit. A BBQ and other refreshments will be available to enjoy.
The Easter EGGstravanganza is the first larger scale community event that we have hosted at The Gunny on Canvey Island since its launch in September 2025. The Gunny is a three acre community garden and recreation space, which has been transformed from an unused piece of land into an inclusive space for the community to enjoy. The Gunny now has a community building, outdoor gym, trim trail, growing area, potting shed and green-roof gazebo.
