REACH Wellbeing Hub

The REACH Wellbeing Hub works with adults who are having difficulties with their mental health. Whatever your need, our team can provide information, advice and guidance, and will work with you to access the most appropriate support.
The Wellbeing Hub provides a range of positive activities and groups, and can help you access the REACH Recovery College wellbeing courses and other Trust Links services. In addition to peer support and positive activities, we also provide a weekly call for those experiencing suicidal feelings and depression for up to 6 weeks.
The Wellbeing Hub have a number of other agencies on-hand to offer advice on a range of issues:
- drugs
- alcohol
- housing and homelessness
- benefits and finance
- healthier living
