Mental Health Awareness and Support

Course Overview

This training gives a simple, practical introduction to mental health and wellbeing.

In a half-day session, participants learn how mental health can affect people, how to spot when someone may be struggling, and how to offer supportive and appropriate help. It also explores how attitudes and language shape conversations about mental health at work and in the community.

Topics covered include:

  • What we mean by mental health and why it matters
  • Stigma, language, and empathy
  • Signs someone may be struggling
  • Everyday coping strategies
  • Self-care and healthy boundaries

Duration:

Half Day (3.5 hours total)

£49 per delegate *
