Mental Health First Aid Training – MHFA

Course Overview

Mental Health First Aid training with Trust Links teaches attendees how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental illness, how best to support someone experiencing poor mental health or crisis, and where to signpost them for further help.

This training is grounded in research, developed with clinical practitioners and endorsed and accredited by MHFA England® to help delegates feel empowered and confident in roles supporting mental health.

Training as a MHFAider® accesses three years of MHFAider resources and support.

How much does the training cost?
£120 per delegate *

MHFA Refresher Course Overview 

Mental health should be treated equally to physical health – and just like physical first aid, MHFA England recommend Mental Health First Aiders take the MHFA Refresher course every three years to ensure mental health knowledge, awareness, and skills are up to date. The four-hour MHFA Refresher course will support your MHFAiders® by: 

• Renewing skills 

• Updating knowledge of mental health support 

• Giving the chance to practise applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan

Half Day (3.5 hours total)
