Trust Links’ bitesize wellbeing workshops are short, focused sessions designed to provide practical tools and strategies for improving mental health, covering various topics such as mindfulness, stress management, sleep, and emotional resilience, that are; 

Time-efficient – Designed to fit into busy schedules, as single standalone one hour, or half day sessions. 

Practical Tools – Provide actionable techniques and skills to enhance wellbeing, often drawing from modalities like mindfulness and CBT. 

Customisation – Content can often be tailored to align with organisational values and specific needs.

  • Healthy Sleep Habits – Learn about tools and a set of practices that promote better sleep quality and contribute to overall well-being. 
  • Anxiety Tool and Techniques – Discover breathing techniques, journaling and many tools that help you regain control, reduce stress, and improve mental wellbeing. 
  • Anger Management – Gain understanding of therapeutic process aimed at helping you understand, control, and express anger in healthy and constructive ways to improve overall mental and physical health, relationships, and quality of life. 
  • Dealing with Panic Attacks – Recognise the symptoms, implement coping strategies during an attack, and adopting a healthy lifestyle to reduce anxiety and prevent future episodes.
