HEALTHY MIND HUB REFERRAL

You don’t need a diagnosis or referral to access the Healthy Mind Hub.
Register below and we will get in touch. Please note that this service is only for group-based support sessions.

If you are looking for one-to-one support, this is provided by the Healthy Mind Community Connectors service, which is run by Thurrock and Brentwood Mind. You will need to be referred by an NHS professional to access this support- please do not use this form to refer to this service.

GROWING TOGETHER REFERRAL

Becoming a Member of Growing Together means joining a friendly community of support, made up of members and volunteers who have lived experience of mental health problems. You can take part in therapeutic gardening, connect with others with mental health issues, and learn new skills to help you manage your mental health and wellbeing.

FOREST SCHOOL REFERRAL
