Cressing Temple

Trust Links has been delivering the Growing Together project at Cressing Temple since 2022. Located in the grounds of the historic Cressing Temple Barns, between Braintree and Witham, the large community garden space provides plenty of room for our members to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of gardening with our experienced team in a safe and supportive environment. We work closely with Friends of Cressing Temple, and share the space with other community groups, who also tend the gardens on other days of the week.

Not only can Growing Together support with mental health and wellbeing, but the light outdoor exercise can also benefit physical health too. Trust Links Cressing Temple holds Growing Together members days every Friday at 9:30am to 3:30pm.

I can go and be myself, and meet new people who are going through some of the same challenges as me. It’s really calm and a good way for me to relax – Growing Together member
